On your text and logos:
If you have them please send vector files – .ai, .eps, and sometimes .pdf. Else, send the largest original file you have available (do not up-resolution the image).
For your images (.jpg, .tiff):

Ideally we want an image to be at least 6-8 mb. Smaller then this and it will begin to look blurry or pixilated when made very large.
Typically, we will print at a high detail level at full size, which is usually quite a bit larger than what you will have, so having the largest image available helps ensure a good looking result.
The preferred format is un-flattened .psd or .ai.
Important: Be sure to include a bleed (2” minimum)
